A big thankyou to all of the conference presenters, and the fifty or so people who attended and contributed to the discussions both in session and over coffee and pizza. We may yet publish a single, unified resource as a result of the conference, but in the meantime, we will put what we can collect from the presenters, either papers, audio or videos on this site.
