Senior Lecturer

Vivienne joined the School of Law in January 2002 after working in the School of Commerce and as a Senior Associate in a large Adelaide commercial law firm. Her major research interests are in Legal Education, Business Ethics and Corporations Law. Her key teaching interest is in Corporations Law. In 2006 Vivienne completed a PhD thesis involving research into the ethics attitudes of undergraduate Commerce students. Vivienne has published in the areas of business ethics, corporations law and legal education.
