Prior to coming to Flinders in 1994 to teach in the Legal Studies Department, Esther taught business law at Monash, Melbourne and Griffith Universities. She joined the Law School in 2001. Her main areas of research include contract and labour law and also teaches workers compensation law and occupational health and safety law.
