The Law School at Flinders University houses one of Australia's most acclaimed undergraduate law programmes. it also offers: a programme in Criminal Justice for Law, Bachelors of Arts and Behavioural Science students; law topics for Commerce students, and postgraduate research degrees. There is a strong emphasis on both practical skills and legal theory.

Teaching prowess recognised Flinders Law School lecturers Associate Professor Elizabeth Handsley, Dr Christopher Reynolds and Ms Rebecca Laforgia have won citations in the national 2007 Carrick Australian Awards for University Teaching Citations for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning
