My name is Debra Zott. I am a Ph.D. student at the Flinders University of South Australia, Bedford Park. I have a BA (Hons.), with a major in English, from Flinders Uni (1998) and a Graduate Diploma in Information Studies - Library and Information Management (2000), from the University of South Australia, Magill.
My Ph.D. thesis, The Hope Beyond the Shadow, explores representations of 'hope' and hopelessness in contemporary Australian Young Adult Fiction.
