Heads Advisory Group
TERMS OF REFERENCE
The Head's Advisory Group meets fortnightly and comprises senior staff who have responsibility for staff budgets, who report to the Executive Dean with the exception of the Head, School of Theology.
A retreat, with this group as its base, is held annually to review the previous year and to plan the larger goals and strategies for the Faculty, in line with the Flinders Strategic Plan’s Future Directions (FSPFD). Following the Faculty Review, major policy decisions will be reported to the Faculty Board and disseminated to the Faculty via the Faculty Forum.
This group is enlarged, where necessary, when particular policy or administrative matters are discussed.
