Adelaide is a city surrounded by parklands. It is located between the Spencer Gulf and the Adelaide Hills. Flinders is a metropolitan 1970s university set at the base of the Adelaide Hills in a pleasant native bush environment and with an outlook to the sea. Birds and other wildlife abound. It is close to the beach and the city, and to several famous wine-producing districts.
