The environment in which students of the School of the Air learn is in the home.  The technology and audio equipment is set up either in the childs/children's bedroom or in the dinning room.  The room is set up so that the child/children have access to all equipment at arms length.  The rooms are well lit up and free from any distruptions during lesson time.  The parents are often nearby supervising when necessary.  The childs/children's daily/weekly curriculum covers all 8 learning areas.  The children have educational resources and displays in the home to assist with learning.
