How to Register

Important information for delegates presenting papers:  Presenters are reminded that early registration closes on 31 May 2009. Please note also that, in order to ensure a place in the program, registration payments must be received by 11 June 2009.  

Confirmation of registration will be made via email when your form has been received.  For cancellations please refer to the cancellation policy below.

The cultural performance, conference dinner and day tour are not included in the early/standard registration fee.

Cancellation policy (conference only)

Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax to the Conference Coordinator. Any delegate cancelling before Thursday 11 June 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administration fee of $AUD 50.00. Sorry no refunds for cancellations will be made after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellation policy (events)

Sorry no refunds will be made for cancellation of conference dinner, day tour or cultural performance.

Accomodation

Please note that registering for the conference will not result in any hotel arrangements being made for you. Contact the hotel directly to make your hotel reservations. A special rate of $AUD 100 per night has been made with the Comfort Hotel Adelaide Riviera. To obtain that rate quote “Greek Conference” when making your booking and give credit card details. Delegates from overseas will be given 3 nights free accommodation at Adelaide Riviera and a voucher will be included in your conference satchel at registration, but please book your whole stay with the hotel.

Tax Invoice

The registration form is a Tax Invoice for GST purposes, once it is completed and payment has been made. The Cashier’s Office at Flinders University will post to your address a tax invoice when payment has been processed.

Transport

Transport to and from the motel to the conference venue at Flinders University will be provided during the conference.

Please keep a copy of the form for your records and present at the conference.
